Bunker anaglyph

For a long time I was happy owner of 3D glasses, thanks to Petit. I didn’t use them as often as I could, but tonight they served me well. You probably remember Bunker demo; well, tonight I hacked it a bit to render real 3D anaglyph picture:

You can enjoy high resolution screenshots (here and here). Update: there used to be a video tutorial here, but – trust me – it is easier to mess with these sources instead.

A while ago I created some anaglyph glasses so I was able to follow your funny tuto :-)

That anaglyph effect looks very amazing !

Just a little update on this: as Anton Volkov pointed out, one could simplify this a bit by adding one camera as a child to another one.

Hi Makc3D, long time no see, a lot has changed, ;) i owe you for your ASE parser with embed abilities that put me ahead of the competition by a few months.

Quick question, did you mean, add one “view” as a child of the other view?

that way the color manipulation occurs on the view

no, this was about cam1.addChild (cam2), in 3D. cam2 has to have some x offset. it is easiest way to go, but I don’t really like it because it’s like if your neck is right under one eye, not between them. any way, if you used ase parser, then you should have seen this file where anaglyph is implemented.
